"I first went in to purchase two Yamaha Grizzly 700's but the deal fell thru,went back and purchased a Grizzly with 27" 589's and black 14 itp's, after driving I new I needed bigger tires and Justin from the Parts department sold me some newer wheels and a lift and all this was done over the phone and Yes,Justin was right I am the first and only one with this set out in Crosby right now,and I which I had a pic because just as Justin said they look awesome !! "I would just like to say that Eric Mercer, Mingo and the whole service department at Tejas Motorsports in Victoria, TX go out of their way to treat a customer like a customer. After my bike was in my local dealership (we won't name names) for 3 weeks, the issue not corrected, my YES warranty not honored because I bought my bike out of state and 2 phone calls to corporate Yamaha, I gave your dealership a shot. Your team at Tejas corrected the issue with my bike and had it back to me in 2 days. I couldn't have asked for any better treatment or service. You are definitely a dealership that backs the Yamaha product 110% whether you actually sold the bike or not and you should be commended. Tejas Motorsports will have my business from this point on!

"i just brought a tt-r230 and i love it, i had a tt-r125 but i grew out of it. i rode my new bike and it handles so much better. i am very happy with the bike and i plan on buying another bike from them soon for my little brother. everything about the sales part of the deal was great, they didn't have factory racing crossbar pads there but that was the only thing wrong."

"I went to pick up my used atv that I bought. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and they could not find the key. I waited for 2 hours and still no key. But the time I left they made it right put me in a new atv for a great price! The whole staff was great all the way down to the bell ring! I will be back and thank's again for great customer service A+ in my book!

"Jeff from the service dept took care of me when I was having major problems with the EFI on my bike. They took the time to explain what was going on, and possibly why it happened. I cant remember the mechanics name that worked on it, but he did a first class job on repairing the KQ 700 and getting me back on the trails and playing in the mud! I recommend Tejas to everyone that asks for a dealer around these parts now because of the outstanding service. Its nice to know that dealers take care of customers instead of just wanting to make a sale and forgetting about them."

"Tejas Motorsports staff is Cohesive,Consistant and shows a lot of Diligence in their work. When I first walked in to Tejas you can feel the Synergy and its inviting atmosphere.
I originally chose the Kawasaki ZX9R which I purchased on the 24th of April and after riding my new ZX9R I decided it was not a good fit for me due to a difficult situation so I contacted the store and requested to get on another bike and with no hesitation and a lot of assistance the team of Tejas made it happen with no questions asked. "Last Saturday morning I needed a tire put my GSXR 750. I called around and no one could do it in one day. Except Tejas! So I headed that way! I got held up by a train while driving from Humble and arrived after noon. The service guys said they could put two tires on in just a short time. So I dropped off the bike and within an hour two different service guys called to inform me both tires were mounted and the bike was ready to roll! Awesome service! Friendly & helpful service department! A+ ....I will make the drive again next time my bike needs serviced! "
